"Jorge at Designer Pools makes beautiful pools, and he makes them right. You can tell that he has been doing this for a long time because he can show you a million before-and-after pictures, and he walks you through every step of the process, explaining possible hiccups along the way. Nothing is ever 100% smooth during construction, and we experienced some short delays due to COVID supply shortages, but Jorge and Rick were always there to communicate with us, update us, and get the job done right. I never had any doubt that my pool would come out as awesome as it did because I know that Jorge is a man of his word, an excellent communicator, and he always has a positive outlook...because he has seen and dealt with every potential construction problem. I definitely recommend Designer Pools for your backyard renovation--they will get it done right and they will get it done quickly!"

"First and foremost my family & I would like to clarify that we absolutely love our pool. Jorge came highly recommended by our prior pool builder who fell ill and could not complete this project. However, our expectations of Designer Pools have fallen very short. We have been communicating with Anyeliza via email & Jorge via cell since last July 2019 regarding the immediate (right after completion) modling. This was confirmed by 2 other pool resurfacing companies that we called for a repair quote and has absolutely nothing to do with the chemical maintenance of our pool. It is the fault of a poor quality Diamond Brite process that was not applied properly. Unfortunately, we have been pushed back or aside until now with either excuses or no response at all. As a client, who has PAID in full and has voiced concerns about not only the above issue but not to mention others that have followed, along with a call from the city an entire year later advising us of the opened pool permit?? We clearly understand that we signed a contact, but what exactly happened to professional business practices called "Ethics"? At least show some integrity & respect for your clients that have been extremely patient & tolerant for a very long time.
