"I’m totally disappointed with the level of professionalism and willingness to provide the best customer experience. I called several times and sent several pictures regarding my landscape fountain as it needs repair and/or replacement. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate.., no call no show. I didn’t get upset because maybe it was an honest oversight. So once again I called, sent pictures, scheduled an appointment.., no call no show!!! I even requested an electronic quote…. Nothing!!! I’ve NEVER encountered such an unprofessional company as this one!!! Stay away!!! Seems like they may only care about industrial contracts anyway… which is fine, just say so!!! Stop wasting the time of honest homeowners!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

He and another gentleman came to our home in St. Augustine and thoroughly checked out, leveled and cleaned our 2 decorative concrete fountains. They are now immaculate and running beautifully. We are grateful to have found Innovative Fountains - They are beyond knowledgeable and completely dedicated to making your fountains(s) the best they can be - Worth every penny - Highly recommend!"
