"Lovely neighborhood park, we are fortunate in our area that the City of FWB has allowed and kept public many water access areas, this is a favorite for a few reasons: #1 you can walk in the water without climbing down a bunch of slippery rocks , that may soon change as the new construction has created some major run off and erosion that will have to be remedied if its to be saved but for now its a walk in beach. A sandy beach means this is a good area for kids though there are many oyster shells so be mindful. Residents also walk out fairly far and fish or crab. Its not very big area, there are about 5 parking spots , be mindful that for the past few years the owners down there have utilized many of the parking areas on the right of way an in the public parking access. The City allowed the owners to dictate that this park be changed from sunrise to sunset to 7am-7pm and no smoking of any kind or face misdemeanor. be aware that the new construction residents or rather the engineer has placed cameras viewing the park so no hanky panky. Enjoy it and leave it clean for the next person. ❤️"

"Unfortunately, the residents that live either side of the access are parking their POV's on the city parking area, which leaves little room for those who would like to access the area to park."

"Yes there are cars parked frequently by the water access. But this is literally listed as Bay Drive Water Access, so idk what people expect. Is it really that hard to park up the road? Absolutely not, I do it all the time. 1 star goes to the bad attitude in the reviews. Park down the road or keep being lazy."

"Parking is still a problem down their. People park along the street and hop on boats, leaving their cars there for hours. Makes it hard to take your kids there to enjoy the shallow water."
