"The only thing more stressful than shopping in this particular store is experiencing the horrible customer service when using the app to make an order for pick up. I chose my pick up time to be 5-6. The app told me it was ready at 4:00 but I still had other errands so I waited until after 5 to arrive for it. I called the number several times before getting an answer to tell them which spot I’m in and a young lady named Bailey answered. Bailey told me that my order was not ready and that the app should have told me they were running behind today. I remained polite and told her it’s fine and that I’ll continue to wait in spot 15. Then she told me I should not wait because she has “no idea” when the order will be ready as they had “not even started filling the 5:00 orders yet”. With that information and her urging me not to wait, I drove back home. When I pulled into the driveway, I get a second notification that my order is ready to be collected. I will never use this service again and would chose to avoid this Walmart all together."

"Do not go here for online pickup orders!!! I waited over 45 minutes for my order. My order had been ready since 8 am and I picked it up at 6:45 pm so the order had been ready all day. When I checked in, the slot to pick for the parking space was not even listed in the online app. They would not answer their phones - main number or delivery. I only use this store occasionally because it is close to my home (3 miles) but I often make the drive to the Navarre location (10 miles) because it is top notch in service and efficiency. I have never been a fan of the FWB location because the store is disorganized and nasty. This particular Walmart is known in the community as being one of the worst and it definitely holds true. I will definitely think twice before I ever use this location again! I would give ZERO stars if I could."

"Tired of the Asian ladies being completely rude in the morning around 6:20 AM. They're always screwing around with all of the self checkouts adding money in them and leaving them unattended. When someone comes up to use it they scream at them. Very unprofessional and how about adding money to the self checkouts one at a time."

"I’m posting this under a different name and I usually am satisfied with customer service but I do have a concern for the knife display. There’s no safety case for it at all and some lunatic could come in and hurt people or threaten people with it. I’d advise for some safety precautions around your knife display. I feel unsafe unless something is done about it"

"Normally love Walmart. But this horrible re-design in FWB, in addition to reserving the 3 closest parking lanes for on-line orders (hello, on-line pick up customers do not need front door priority parking...they're driving! Not just annoying, but unsafe.), aisles are crowded, dark, and narrow. You have to "back up" if someone is blocking the aisle, just barely room for 2 carts to pass. They have discontinued 2 items I use in the past month...they sacrificed inventory to make room for large employee shopper prep area to fulfill on-line orders. An awful shopping experience. Mary Ester Target is much more pleasant."
