"Made an appointment and drove 45 minutes. Once i arrived, the Salon was closed. I texted Jenn, and her husband Mark said she was sick. I wish she told me this BEFORE i left my house - i spent an hour and a half driving to and from the salon for no reason. Prior reviews indicate this is typical behavior....."

"I absolutely never, never leave bad reviews. I was booked for an appointment last Saturday. I was messaged about an hour before the appointment by who I believe was Jen. She mentioned she had a family emergency. I had planned the whole day around getting this haircut, but life happens, and I was more than happy to reschedule. I am leaving tomorrow and will be out of town for a week, and really needed a haircut before leaving. I was rescheduled to today at 2:30, and I even mentioned I really had to squeeze and tweak my schedule to make it but agreed. When I made it there at 2:30 one lady was leaving and another one was getting her hair washed… I told the hairdresser my appointment was at 2:30 and she told me she was running “a couple minutes” behind. I waited for 20 minutes and then left (I’m not sure she even realized I left, and the other costumer didn’t even remotely look close to being done). Again, I understand life happens, but the total disregard for other people’s time and schedules is something I find incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I wasted a whole hour today between getting there, waiting, and getting back home… I also really needed that haircut by tomorrow, so I really wish I had just rescheduled with another salon. Do not waste your time."

"Been meaning to write this review for a while but Alyssa is amazing! She has such a great instinct for exactly what color will look the best and is also so fun and kind. I was so pleased with how my cut and color turned out and can’t wait to keep going back to her. My hair took longer than expected so Jenn took over and finished my haircut and it turned out so cute! It was a great experience all around and the mimosas made it even more fun! Highly recommend this salon and Alyssa!"

"I was desperately looking for a blowout. They fit me in same day at the exact time I needed. I got there and the receptionist was so nice she even left the shop to get me sugar for the coffee I brought in. When I met the stylist she was professional and super nice. I got an amazing shampoo and conditioner with products that were straight from Italy. The quality was amazing and so is the smell. The other women in the salon were boujee so I felt just by looking around I was in good hands. After the blow out I was thrilled. It was great and even each strand was in place. They offered to style my hair even further but I didn't even need it. I'm so happy with the spot and would go all the time but it was $45 so I can't make it a habit but I will go there when I can. I highly recommend it and will probably go for a keratin treatment. The stylists were well versed in hair treatments so I'm comfortable going."

"So I had a horrible mess up trying to box dye my hair at home instead of coming out as blonde my hair was completely orange. As soon as I called the salon (even though they were completely booked) they squeezed me in using multiple of their employees to fix my hair before I had to go into work. This was amazing because I never had a salon that cared so much especially since this was my first time even going there. Not to mention how affordable it was to fix my hair. When my mom came in they were so sweet to both of us and gave us a list of products that we could use to help our hair letting us try them out before we purchased them. I would definitely recommend them (Logan and Gina did my hair) The owner is very sweet as well and super helpful. I will be going back again."
