"Look, I know kids can be annoying, especially 5 year olds. Especially MY 5 year old at times. But if you don't like or don't want to deal with cutting a kid's hair, JUST SAY SO. Long story short, went in with my son, this nasty lady who works there, (I believe her name was "Marlene" or something similar) was unfortunately who we got stuck with. She wasn't happy (and verbalized it multiple times), but instead of opening her mouth and just saying "I don't do kid's cuts" and we could have just waited for the next person to be available to do it, she decided to take us and act like a giant C U Next Tuesday instead (and no, I don't use that term lightly, it fits). Her attitude and nasty comments got so out of line I just told her not to continue, and took him home to finish the job myself. The other stylists there seemed nice, so it's unfortunate we got stuck with this toad. But I would definitely advise against this location as long as she works there."

"Didn't think it was possible to get a 3 minute cut (yes I have a full head of hair). She then actually asked if it was up to my satisfaction. I was so stunned I just paid and left and won't be going back. The cut is actually quite hilarious. It's chopped unevenly on one side as compared to the other!"

"I checked “service not listed” because there is no choice where I can check “chopped, axed, and a disaster”. My hair was almost to my shoulders. I asked for a trim, and if she can do something about a little lift on the top , sides to go slightly back, very little off the bang. My hair is now so short and totally uneven throughout, I really don’t know what to do, other than stay in the house until it grows. I can’t possibly get my hair cut any shorter. the bangs , as thin as they were originally, are now spiky, where some hairs are short, others longer. It’s a mess. I cannot describe the rest of my hair. Throughout it is totally 100% uneven. I don’t know what to do. I am in tears whenever I see myself in the mirror. I also do not know why , when she was literally chopping away at it, I didn’t get up and leave. I think I was just in shock , as it kept going shorter and shorter. It is so chapped around my ears, the top of my ears actually stick out. The back of the hair, looks like there’s a “ledge “ , meaning you can literally see where the hair is short, (ledge) and then it’s long. I don’t even know why I gave her a $10 tip and told her I liked it. She was so nice , and I really didn’t want to hurt her feelings. But now I’m disgusted, embarrassed, and don’t know how I can go out, whether shopping or socially, until my hair grows .I honestly have no idea what to do. . I’m just in tears all the time . I wish I had someone to take a picture so I can hold out the hair and show how crazy uneven it is all over my head, not to mention how short it is! I didn’t even go in for a haircut. I brought my brother there so he can have his hair cut and I thought , why not get a trim. I had my hair cut there before, It came out awesome. His name is Craig. He’s no longer with them, and of course, I am told they don’t know where he went. I’m so disgusted and upset with myself."
