"Was directed to got there for a nail in the tire. I walked in an ask for an appointment. They asked for the keys and said they would fit it in.( they were busy). 22 minutes later it was done very very reasonably. In this area you expect to be over charged. "I have been bringing my Prius for many years to Shariff for Service and/or repair. It's not just the professional and competitively priced service I'm getting at Lexpert, it's also the great time with lots of laughs and jokes while I'm waiting for my car. If you want to have a good time while your car is being serviced at the highest standards, you have to bring your Toyota or Lexus to Lexpert rather than to a large dealership. Shariff will never sell you something the car doesn't need."
"Super friendly and very knowledgeable but try to sell you everything. Prices are better then the Lexus dealership but I paid 100.00 for a oil change and to rotate tires was a extra 20. Normally that is included. I’m took my car to Costco and rotated for free. I needed new sensors on my tires to inform me if I needed air. Costco wants 299. Lexpert want 600. I got them at Costco."
"My family has been in the automotive industry for over 50yrs. And I can safely say, if your Lexus or Toyota needs service DO NOT go anywhere else. They really know their stuff, and the pricing is excellent. The shop is incredibly clean and pleasant. Lee & Sharriff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was in from out of town when My Lexus Hybrid wouldn't start. Fortunately, my neighbor, Dave S. recommended me, and I'm so glad he did.
