"Never visit this place. First of all I had to wait 5 minutes inside for my order to be taken..... I was the only person in line as a cash customer that couldn't use the ai machines inside. As a foodie the absolute first thing I reach for is a fry. It was so cold and not eat able. I was trying to get some kids attention "whom was playing on his phone" he comes up abs says I'm sorry I'm not even supposed to talk to you. I told this kid what the hell what are you even here for. Playing on your phone when you are hired to do a job in the food industry. This kid says hold on I'll get someone to help. ALL I WANTED WAS FRESH FRIES. This place is ridiculous. Never again am I coming here again. I'll spend money elsewhere"

"About 3:30pm, Saturday, January 13, 2024. Me and my friend went through the Drive-Thru. The entire crew didn't know what they were doing. They were very disrespectful and rude, with a very bad attitude, and tried making my friend and I pay TWICE the amount. My friend handed his card over to pay for his meal, and they said it was all good. I handed mine over, and the balance wasn't enough, okay. So then my friend ends up paying for MY meal. I went inside to confront the staff, and they all looked around like chickens without heads. "uh, which order?" And then once I get the order number one, it's on a dine-in plate. We went through the drive-thru, we do not want to dine in! I corrected them, and they finally gave me MY order in a bag. My friend's order was ready, but taken away from me, and they apparently didn't know that it was for us! They thought it was for another Drive-Thru customer! I had to fight for our food and explain to them that we paid for both orders already. What a nonsensical mess. This restaurant needs better training and staff."

"Disappointing and Concerning Experience at McDonald’s Date:12/24/2023 I visited the McDonald’s located at 28215 S Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, in the early hours of 12/24/2023 , and I regret to report that my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. My interaction at the drive-thru started off unpleasantly, as the staff lacked basic courtesy and politeness. Upon reaching the window to receive my order, the situation did not improve. Not only was the food I received poorly prepared, but there was also a delay in service, forcing me to use my car horn to attract the staff’s attention to request ketchup. Moreover, my order did not include napkins, which is a significant oversight. A particular concern was the preparation of my fries. Due to my medical condition, I specifically requested fresh fries without salt. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite: fries with extra salt. The lack of attention to this request not only affected me personally but could also be dangerous for customers with severe dietary restrictions. Lastly, I would like to point out that the individual who served me, a young woman with long, curly hair, displayed an inappropriate attitude for customer service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the attitude and service provided were far from acceptable in a professional environment. I sincerely hope this review serves to improve the service at this McDonald’s location and ensures that future customers do not have to undergo a similar experience. Sincerely, Deborah G"

"Only go hear if you want a dirty floor stale food, and workers who spill your drinks. I watched the girl go around the corner looking for my table. Ignored the front of the house. She then proceeded to walk back to the kitchen with the order in hand. And drinks tipped over. After waiting for 30 mins. NO ONE CALLED OUT THE ORDER NUMBER. I had to go up and tell them I was waiting for my order I say she had. The guy gives me a shocked face then yells at a "Christina" who the comes around the corner of the counter holding the order, no attempt at cleaning the spilled drinks, or somewhat fresh food. The fries were cold like they came out of a freezer. The chicken nuggets were rock solid. The frappe was melted. Not to mention there's no tables for anyone to sit at and trash all over the lobby. The kiosks have what looks like ice cream sprayed all over the screens."
