Our mission is to be the premier early childhood provider in Avon Park, ensuring that children receive the educational, health, and nutritional support they need to thrive. In addition to daycare services, RCMA also operates two free K-8 charter schools with plans for three more in the future. Since its establishment in 1979, RCMA has expanded to include 7 Child Development Centers in Avon Park, Sebring, and Lake Placid, serving over 390 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
