"I got a salad at the suggestion of my friend. They are okay but I don't think I would order again. Sort of small for the price."
"I’m so sick of getting nasty food from this zaxbys. Last night was the straw on top of Countless messed up orders and bad service. I ordered their new chicken Philly and it was literally Burnt! They made me pull over and wait 15mins just to make the sandwich alone (not a meal) and had everyone behind me pulling into parking spaces to wait too. The chicken was dry/crunchy small old bits..all the vegetables were blackened! Barely any sauce and the burnt grease was soaked into the bread. I’m just done with this location. Ran by teenagers who can’t make food. Take the extra time and visit a different location unless you want to wait forever to get food just to have to request it be remade with a side of attitude because you asked for it to be fixed."
"Asked for a Cobb Zalad twice without cheese and got a chicken zalad with cheese. Not much lettuce. This trip was disappointing. Otherwise, most times they are on point. Wish they'd bring back their fried mushrooms."
"Very clean and nice place. The staff was amazing. Very fun and nice people. The food was fast and very fresh. I like zaxbys but this location will be my new favorite location because of the staff that took our order today. Thanks for hiring good employees and making fresh food."
