"This review is for the Pharmacy tech Alec, he was very unprofessional: just looked like he didn’t even want to be at work. Which is odd because this Publix is my go to grocery shopping & pharmacy; I’ve literally never experienced someone not being friendly and respectful. Alec was just completely opposite. Not once did he smile, say Hi, thank you. Etc . Just said (name, dob) with a super straight face, walked away, grabbed item: gave me price. I mentioned to give me a minute because I’m going to use a goodrX coupon and oh my!! He’s face changed even more! It went from tired to mad! He tossed the medicine to the side and looked away! Literally he said nothing but his reaction and facial expressions were so uncomfortable."
"I've had reoccurring issues at this location with expired dairy snd produce items. Obviously, I need to do a better job checking, but in the past I could count on my store to have freshest products out."
"Recently, I had placed several orders for pick up at this Publix. When I arrived to pick up my orders, there had been a misunderstanding and they had sold my order to someone else. The store manager was made aware and quickly put his team together to get the orders made on the spot! Not only did he do his job extremely well, he went above and beyond by delivering the order next door to the pain with a twist location where I was having a birthday celebration for my mother and sister. I was very satisfied by the quick response and delivery this store’s employees showed. Definitely will shop here again!"
"Pharmacy- I had a prescription to pick up, I did some shopping while they got it ready, when I returned to pick it up, the pharmacy manager, asked me if I usually paid $50 for it? I said yes, she said you don't have any coupons for it? I said no mam, so she said ok and went back and found it, a few mins later said, your total is $25, she gave me a coupon for it personally, I appreciate it, and will definitely be back."
