"Horrible service they are more interested in business and charging you for the visit that helping you emotionally. I call looking for help and after 4 phone calls in less than a month, and over $400 wasted, I ended up more stress out that what I initially was. I have to talk to 3 different assistant which the Two first were very nice (Cassandra and Mason). The third person it was ridiculous the conversation, I felt like in the twilight zone they don't even take the time to read what the other 2 people has wrote. Also I contacted Wesley chapel office and for some reason they want you to drive 2 hours to go to their office to pick up some samples. They either have the online information wrong or they really don't want to help you. Horrible experience infor"
