"Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. I’ve been trying to help my daughter get her prescription for over 3 months. Every time I call I get a different answer. All they have to do is fill out a simple form and apparently they can’t even get their contact information right. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They seem completely un organized and flighty. Just trying to help my daughter get her medication so she can have some relief with her skin."

"Nothing against the actual practice, but the staff should really ask certain questions prior to booking consultations and charging you without even being able to help you. I am pregnant, and I am allowed to take antibiotics according to my doctor, but they refused to give me medication for my rosacea, because I am pregnant, but they still charged me for the consultation, even though nobody touched me, or even spent more than three minutes with me in the room. I feel like the staff should be trained to ask certain questions prior to booking these appointments because it’s a waste of time and money for certain people."
"Been going to Dr Badia for 18 yrs and now my wife and I take the day off from work waited a long time and than after verifying our insurance twice they tell us as we are wearing smocks for a skin check they no longer accept United Health Care but we can pay out of pocket! It was going down hill for the past few years especially if we had a PA check us out we would have to go back and see Dr Badia. What did take one visit was now 3 visits and prices went up real high and real quick before we got hit with massive inflation. Now we will find a practice that isn't a mess like this one has become!"
