"If I could give 1/2 a star I would.... and then that’s even pushing it. Tried booking a much needed appointment for MRI for WEEKS and consistently got the run around from the stay-at-home receptionist that always would answer the phone, many times in Spanish not even answering with the place of business’ name but a “hola” or “yes?” Would be the initial phone pickup prompt. Finally after Much wasted time and me having to call and follow up with numerousss times was told the doctor was ‘out of the country’ on vacation and to try back in a week. Super unprofessional and wasted so much time. Needless to say Took my business elsewhere."
"IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK STAFF, TECH BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH. I WAITED ABOUT AN HOUR AND THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE PLACE. THEY ARE RUDE SPEAK SPANISH ALL THE TIME IN FRONT OF PEOPLE THAT DON’T UNDERSTAND THEM.MY DR IS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR IMAGES, WRONG DIAGNOSIS."
