"I wanted to thank the PT Solutions team, which helped me strengthen my shoulder over several weeks following a Labrum and Torn Rotator cuff surgery. We had an aggressive plan to get me back on the ice to compete in the US hockey adult nationals (50 year olds) in just 12-14 weeks. The 2nd goal was to to get me back to competitive bodybuilding in August, in which I won the Florida State championships. Ly Martin and team are the best and I thank you again for pushing me per the speed I needed to go!"
