"I went in for an ultrasound today and (I forgot her name but she was a super nice little blonde lady) made the whole experience great. The women at the front desk were super nice as well. The overall experience was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!"
"I have been to several of your locations. Each one is dirty, paint chipped off the walls, dirty bathrooms, old dirty tile no hot water in the bathroom. dirty carpet old furniture. My doctor keeps referring me to you. I am not sure if she has ever gone to see how your location are. The one I went to in Tampa had holes in the door dirty like the others. You are making lots of money at each location, why don’t you do some upgrading and repairs and cleaning? There was only one girl at the front desk. She was doing a great job, but two people would have been better. I was there for an hour. I could not pay my bill because the machine was not in working order like everything else in the building. The x-ray technician was wonderful. This is not Felicia. It is Carol."

Her personality, professionalism, and general demeanor is perfect for the front desk. My next step was my technician Rachel, also, great demeanor, very polite very helpful and receptive to my needs.
