Our instructors, Hanshi Butch and Kyoshi Debbie, are retired Federal Law Enforcement Officers with over 60 years of combined martial arts experience. In addition to martial arts classes, we also provide Zumba and PiYo Live classes. Kyoshi Debbie is certified to teach a variety of Zumba programs, as well as being a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist.
