"Unfortunately they dropped the ball on my case. Simple speeding ticket, they filed for court and that was the last I heard from them, until I get a notice of pending license suspension! Nothing ever posted on the portal like they said, no letter sent, nothing! I sent several messages on their portal and never received a reply! Had to call and be told they got withhold adjudication and court cost. Not worth their price, little service in return, terrible communication and now I have to pay additional fee to get my license reinstated due to their lack of communication! DO NOT RELY ON PORTAL, IT IS NOT USED!"
