"The individual that performed my pedicure Started and completed my pedicure in 15 minutes. I could not help but notice the person next to me which happened to be a white female her feet were being done with such loving care. She was being serviced while i was waiting to be serviced. My feet were barely being touched. My service was completed and she was still there being pampered. This is a big conversation in the black community how we are treated different from white individuals. we are coming to the conclusion that it is best that we don't give our money to your places anymore because of this discrimination practice. I did not say anything when they finished I paid for my service and he had the nerve to ask do you want to tip? I politely said No, with a smile! After all he gave me very Inadequate service with a smile. I won't be returning to that place unless somehow I turn caucasian."

"Always a great experience when I come..been here a few times in the past few years and always the same great service. Extremely kid friendly as well. It was hard to find a place to take my daughter who would let a technician do her nails without sitting on my lap. And being able to sit in a chair just made for kids when getting a pedicure made it even better for you. Thank you for providing excellent service."

"This business is awful! Honestly, deserving of 0 stars. First of all, they try to accommodate too many people all at once; which may seem appealing, but instead hinders their accuracy and quality of work. I had a full set, eyebrows and a pedicure done. They said my nails alone were $105. I’ve never paid that much just for a piss poor full set. I’ll include pictures of my nails peeling after a few days. Several of my nails are lifting and the toe nail polish on my left big toe literally rubbed/ peeled off. Furthermore, my finger nail randomly slid off in the shower. As if it were to be a press on….. When I went to get that same nail fixed they said it’d be $15. $15 for a nail fix?! They barely know how to shape a nail. I will NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON again! Very shady, insanely expensive, poor quality service and work."

"I was honestly hoping to like this place. They took me in as a walk in and I waited about 20 to 30 minutes to be seen by the nail tech Kim, which is not bad. The place has a nice decor but customer service needs improvement. I’ve been getting dip powder done over my natural nails no extension, for over 2 years and I always ask the tech to please make it as thin and natural as possible. Kim service was pretty rough and rushed. I do understand the quicker they finish the more people they get to serve. She was rushing so much that would drop the thing she was using, while filing would rub against my skin which I ask if she could be more gentle, she got upset… I was stress while getting them done. When applying the dip color she decided to go with a thick coat, and I requested to please have it more natural and thinner because it looked unprofessional and not delicate nor finish at all. I’ve been getting my nails done by Elite Nails in the Bluffton area and they were always able to do a spectacular job! Just spotless, delicate and beautiful… this wasn’t it. She complain that she couldn’t do that since my natural nail will show underneath, regardless I ask to file a bit more… I’m not quite sure if it’s because she was upset or what but just did a hole when filing, tried to ignore it, and when I pointed out she said “that’s what happens if it’s too thin”… again, no. After going back and forth and trying to get the service I wished for, not what the tech wanted to do.. the product was decent. But probably one of the most stressful nail experiences I’ve had. Update, after 2 days the top coat is peeling off :("

"I came in and got serviced immediately. I’m very sensitive about my nails because for about 20 years mt nails have been soft and bridle because I bite them and then I stopped ever since I’ve been getting them done, and so I got my dip powder taken off to do a regular nail polish.. and so the woman at first seemed irritated with me but maybe it was a long day.. the nail drill she used was way too fast and told her multiple times that it was burning my nails, and at least 3-4 occasions the nail drill went up against my skin, she didn’t slow it down or try to be careful which caused my nails to become extremely damaged .. and now my nails are extremely fragile and brittle , cracking and breaking.. and I’m extremely unhappy.. I asked her to do a regular polish because gel is bad for your nails , she confirmed it was, come to find out she used gel on my nails and had to soak it off with alcohol and now my nails are really bad.. so definitely going to fight for my money back and never going back again. Update; I went in to go get my refund back and she said she could only refund me $10 for taking the dip powder off and not for the manicure she messed up.. again.. not very good service and they should honor the $40 that I spent.. my nails are completed cracked and messed up"
