"I’ve been coming to this place for a year now. I had a rough start with one of the learning leader Stephanie who completely ignored what I wanted for color and went with what she wanted for color. My hair looked horrible and the only way to get rid of it unfortunately was bleaching it. I am a mixed race and my hair didn’t handle the bleach well and completely damaged it. It’s been a year and my hair is still recovering. Today I went back and she was assigned to me again after I told them I don’t want anything to do with her because of the trauma she caused me. She has absolutely no people skills, very negative, and just ruins the vibe. Too bad for such a big name establishment to have such an individual in their leadership team."
"I brought a picture of the low lights that I wanted them to match to my already highlighted hair, and they bleached it with no color added and added toner to my roots to give some affect that basically gave me what I already have. I hate it and have to go back and get low lights put in to match the roots, I hate what they did, and I did tell them about what they were doing with the toner and my roots"
