"My son appointment it was 4/11/23 and today is 4/24/24 I don't receive his medicine because we need consent form signed by his doctor and I call the doctor office mor then 3 times, all ways they asking me what I need an d I have to explain to them exactly what we need to get his medicine, in the end of call they saying we send message to his doctor and still continue at this way"
