"Went for a consultation with Dr. Flescher to get my regular colonoscopy. As soon as he came in the room and looked at my chart he fat shamed me because I had gained weight from three years prior. Even his nurse looked at him in shock when he made the rude comnent. I walked out and will never return! To make matters worse,they had the audacity to put a claim into my insurance for the office visit that never actually took place. I called my insurance and explained the situation and in my favor they denied the claim. Dr. Flescher is very unprofessional. I really needed to have a colonoscopy because of a strong family history of colon cancer and because of this idiot and how disrespectful he treated me, I had to put off the procedure in order to look for another doctor. I will never go back there!!"

"The front desk staff are absolutely inept, negligent, and incompetent. The staff have absolutely no idea what's going on. Reaching them on the phone is nearly impossible as you will be promptly be put on hold for 30+ minutes until the call inevitably gets disconnected. I found myself driving to the office numerous times simply to leave a message or receive documents. Health concerns are important and deserve proper attention and care. Get your medical needs treated elsewhere."

"We were very satisfied with the doctors & nurses. The office staff was pleasant & helpful at our visits. We are now former patients due to the fact that they stopped taking our insurance suddenly without notice. (extremely good insurance) They cancelled procedures without letting us know while patient was in the middle of treatment. It is very difficult to get a person on the phone & records requests continue to be ignored. The staff in the adjoining surgery center is excellent but clearly stretched thin & could obviously use a few more bodies to help them with their workload. Overall, it is disappointing to be dismissed by them without any notice. Unprofessional to leave patients hanging. Especially when the patient had procedures scheduled & was in the middle of treatment. I suggest calling another office for your gastro needs. Our last impression is that they aren't in need of business & their main concern isn't for patients but for their bottom line."

"I’ve been a patient at Palm Beach Digestive Associates for a couple months now and and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Tasha and Veronica behind the desk were extremely helpful and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. The office was also very nice and the rooms were very clean. Dr. Rapoport was very friendly and answered all of my questions with ease and was understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend Palm Beach Digestive Associates and Dr. Rapoport to anyone."

"I’m my experience at Palm Beach Digestive in Delray Beach, the front desk staff demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for my situation, incompetence, and were just outright rude. I made an appointment with Dr. Rapoport, and it was booked 3 weeks in advance. The staff also called me the day prior to my appointment to confirm. When I show up, they inform me that they had a change in ownership, and no longer take my insurance. Then they refuse to see me. Half a days pay for me is now out the window. When I further inquire, they provide me a phone number to call in which no one answers, nor returns phone calls. I had the displeasure of dealing with a staff person by the name of Leslie. Leslie demonstrated all of the qualities (or lack of) listed above, and when I further tried to inquire, she became very defensive and just hung up on me."
