RAYUS Radiology - Delray Beach

"Rayus on glades made an appt for me for an ultrasound at the delray location today saturday at 1.45pm. I was there at 1.53pm. I understand I was a few minutes late but I had already done the lengthy registration online. The receptionist, an older lady said the tech left, that the last appt is at 1.30pm and she doesn't know why they gave me a 1.45pm appt but I was supposed to be 15 min prior to me appt time. I asked if they had a manager on site and the receptionist said they don't have managers. I asked then who do you report to? And she said corporate, in Minnesota. They are unable to make appts on site and said I have to call to reschedule. Upon calling, I found out each location DOES have a manager on site that work M-F. Old lady, there is no need to lie to customers. Thanks for being 0 helpful and a liar. To management, I understand being on time is important and sometimes there are situations that don't make it possible. If you are unable to see customers that arrive to their appt within 10 min from their appt time or even 1 min late then please STATE it clearly at the time appts are made and/or during the pre-regisytation process so we don't even try to rush and spend time and gas. If you have scheduled appts for a time that is not correct then please call your customer to let them know there is an issue. Thank you"

"Made my 15 year old an appt for 7am for MRI. Filled out and submitted all the paperwork days before. Was there at 6:58am and was the first person through the door and checked in. Four people were taken before we were finally called to the back at 7:34. I understand schedules can get behind, but not if you’re the first one. We took the first appointment to specially avoid this problem. If you value your time, make an appt with one of the many other options in the area."

"Not only did I arrive at my appointment on the 7th, I arrived early. I checked in and was told to take a seat. After an hour and a half, I went back to the counter and asked "when will I see someone in radiology"? She kindly went in the back just to tell me that there were no techs available and told me to go home. This is a travesty."

"As always, easy, courteous, & thorough. I have been going here for a few years for my yearly mammogram, and back when it was CDI, never experiencing any issues. Convenient, clean & competent."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE ❌❌❌This is the worst place for imaging. !!!! Since July I visited the clinic for the first time, it was sent by my doctor for my mammography and ultrasound routine, that day they performed the mammography procedure and they told me that they could not perform the ultrasound because my doctor had to send the previous ones! I called several times and my doctor sent the previous results for 2 occasions! After this I called and they gave me an appointment for the ultrasound. They told me to bring the CD with me to the appointment and so I did. When I arrived today, a very kind lady named Eileen took care of me and took all my information and was very kind. 45 minutes later a lady named Maria comes out and simply tells me that I cannot have the ultrasound because it is a protocol and first they have to read the images on the CD. I ask her why they don't tell me before making me come and waste my time. How can they give me an appointment if it is not possible for them to do the ultrasound? This is a very unpleasant lady with a very bad attitude and when I ask her for an explanation and I try to explain to her that it was the second time she came and that no one was explaining anything to me she tells me that it has nothing to do with Her and she leaves! ! I do not recommend this place, much less to older people who may receive treatment like this!!! Those in charge of this place should be more respectful of the patients, we don't want to go waste our time! It's the worst place I've ever visited!"
