"I want to start off by saying I’ve gone to this OB for my first pregnancy (2020-2021) and had a great experience. I came back with my 2nd pregnancy and have had just about the complete opposite. Med staff will hold your test results (blood test for GD, which needs to be treated/monitored or can cause preeclampsia, or even stillbirth) for “24-72 BUSINESS hours” per their procedure. They held my test results a full 7 days before telling me that I failed this test, need to come back for a 3 hour, and of course pay them DOUBLE what I paid for the first test to have it done again. The nurse Sharon is very nasty, non sympathetic, and rude. I had to call 3 days for my bloodwork results all the while this nurse confirmed they had the results but “needed review first”. They will take their time when it comes to your & your baby’s health. I called them on Friday to try and have a script sent for the follow up blood work and cancel my Mondays appointment at 12pm. Well, they never returned the call NOR DID THEY SEND THE LAB A SCRIPT, so here I am stuck paying double the price originally paid (when I could just go to the lab for free, but unfortunately Orange Blossom will NOT return your calls and pretty much just tell you you’re out of luck). SAD because I had an amazing experience with my first pregnancy. It seems all the providers and nurses who actually care have gone to the Land o Lakes location or have left entirely. If i wasn’t already 30 weeks pregnant, I’d definitely be switching care. EDITED TO ADD: I brought the concerns of Sharon up to my actual doctor…. who said the results to my test were available after the first day I called. Sharon spitefully waited an additional 24-48 hours to get my results to me. Really sad practice for a nurse…."

"Monique Monard is super nice and thorough and helped with my hormone therapy a lot!! Very greatful and she responds within a day for the patient portal! Highly recommend! i've never had to wait long either and the staff is super nice"

"Dr. Bardach is the absolute best and genuinely cares about her patients. Jenn was always able to work with me to get my appointments scheduled so I wouldn’t haven’t to miss work, and Bri made us look forward to every ultrasound visit. The entire staff at the Trinity location is very welcoming, I highly recommend them!"

"Hi I want to start by saying it’s awesome your experience here was positive. Unfortunately mine was not. It was my first time there. The PA was lovely. She performed my exam and put me on hormones. A month out and I felt something may be off ( not uncommon with hormones) so I went back in for a round of bloodwork. A few short days later my results where in and I could see that some adjustments needed to be made. It was odd that I didn’t here back from the office so I called. Spoke to one of the receptionists in hopes she had any news on my prescription as I was running low. 8 phones calls later and I never got a return phone call. My prescription ran out and I had to wait 2 1/2 to see someone new. I was thrown way off kilter and suffered horribly with hot flashes/ night sweats. Well some of you may be able to relate. My question is. What kind of doctor completely ghosts a patient. No explanations, nothing. And my final question is. Would you trust a doctor like this for your care? This makes me a bit uncomfortable and it took me some time to write this review because I was so emotional with all the hormonal imbalance so waited until I was stable. Do your homework. I wouldn’t put my health in these peoples hands. Good Luck"

"I recommend this facility to all of my female friends! Jenn at the front desk is absolutely amazing and so friendly to talk to and so welcoming which is something I look for when walking into any office. The Midwives and Dr. Bardach are hands down the best in their field! I've had two pregnancies with this group and loved every part of it because of them! If I could put 10 stars on this review, I would in a heartbeat. I truly appreciate everything they've done and how courteous they are."
