"I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they were able to get me in and out with a script for antibiotics to a pharmacy that could fill it tonight, they could have turned me away but i appreciated them taking me so i didn’t have to go to an ER christmas weekend."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t know why this office would state they are open until 9pm when they stop seeing patients well before then. I drove 20 minutes with a sick kid because they were the only urgent care ‘open’ just to be turned away. Despite arriving BEFORE 8:30, the girl at the front desk stated that they stop registering patients at 8:30 and couldn’t see my daughter. I would understand if they were slammed and had to turn people away in order to close by 9, but the office was completely empty! It was clear they just wanted to be done for the day. She was short with me and lacked any sort of empathy for my sick child. She suggested I take her to the ER if I was concerned. GREAT patient care- thanks so much! Don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other urgent cares in the area that actually care."

"Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Very terse responses to my questions and said it could take 30 mins to enter the information from my paperwork, which seemed excessive. I left and went to Advent Care Walk In Cljnic nearby and was extremely pleased with the courteous manner in which I was taken care of within the time frame I was told when I checked in. I would go to Advent Care before going to Suncoast Urgent Care."

"Urgent care staff is lovely from Anny and Danielle to the clinical staff. JP was able to help my mother on the paperwork she didn't understand. Unfortunately while I was there the front desk had to deal with a rude client who was mad that they had to wait to be taken back after handing in their paperwork and decided to berate the front desk ladies. I will continue to go to this urgent care and trust them with my whole family's care. It is unfortunate in these times these individuals have to deal with rude clients with all they have done, but i encourage you to go see the friendly staff at this location yourself."

"First off front dest desk is rude as hell!!! Real ignorant! Had to ask if she was ok..how she came at me.beat me mad cause she had to work today!! Anyway...this is the rudest, slowest and most unprofessional urgent care I ever been too. Had called and told someone to schedule their drug screen some where else. These people will make you catch a charge! Dude xray tech was cooler than fan tho who took me bck fofdrug screening"
