"I loved staying here! As a partner hotel to WDW you get the benefit of Early Entry and the buses were perfectly timed for each park. The bus is a 3rd party partner and has a super easy website to reserve your bus seat. We saved so much money by not having to Uber to and from the parks and the Early Entry was fantastic. The hotel has very recently been renovated and it is fresh and clean with very comfortable beds. I loved the suite bc we could make some coffee in the morning without waking each other and when you’ve got all your Disney gear it was nice to spread out. 10/10 I will stay here again."

"Dates Stayed: 4 nights during the week of New Year’s 2024 Positives: -Spacious rooms. If you are a family of four or five you will enjoy the space. Two queen beds, sleeper sofa (did not use so can’t speak of the quality) -Price point. If you looking to save $ on accommodations and don’t want to pay the high rates from Disney Resort hotels rates closer to the park then hotels like this around the Disney Springs area might be a great option. -30 minutes early access to Disney World. See below. -Free shuttle bus service through Fabulous buses. However, you will not get to the park 30 minutes before the park opens which staying at this hotel (at the time of our stay) offers you. Why does this matter? Being able to arrive at the park earlier than regular opening allows you to get on the most popular rides first thus reducing a 80-120 minute wait. It’s a big difference to start your day. If this is not an issue for you ignore this section but then I would recommend staying elsewhere where the room rate may be more favorable. Negatives: -Ants! Killed 17 ants during our stay. -Clogged Bathtub. -Terrible pillows. If you love soft and I mean SOFT, barely any filling inside then it won’t be an issue. It was a terrible sleeping experience for our group. Requested “foam” pillows but received the same soft pillows that was in the room. -Expensive daily resort fee when it does not feel like a resort. I get it. It has a partnership with Disney and likely this is the fee that they charge to the hotel that gets passed to the guest. Or it’s just a way for the hotel to make more profit. But at nearly $25+ per night in addition to your daily rate and room taxes, the “amenities” the hotel boasts on their website does not justify this cost."

"This hotel is conveniently located by all the Disney parks. Free shuttle is a bonus! The service was great. Staff were friendly and very accommodating! A shout out to Loraine; our amazing server at breakfast. All people should approach life with this level of moxy and kindness! She made the start to each day a delight!"

"This hotel is great. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms decent sized. The heat in our room did not work the first night upon going to hotel check-in the maintenance man was in our room and within an hour we had heat. The valet gentlemen are the most helpful people that go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay in Orlando. The pool is nice, the hot tub could use remodeling. Over all I highly recommend this hotel."
