"I had a one bedroom suite and I am glad I got that room type. The property had several pools, a game room, fitness center, hot tubs, mini golf, basketball court, tennis court, welcome center that included snacks, and security throughout the day. The area was quiet and everyone could enjoy their peaceful visit. I would visit again."

"As much as I wanted to love this resort (it’s a nice property close to the theme parks) the overall experience was not very good. I spent most of my 3-day stay going back and forth to the front desk trying to resolve several issues with my reservation. I was charged for two rooms even though I had only booked one, because they had a duplicate reservation on file. And to top that off, I was told I would receive complimentary breakfast and dinner on the first day but it would be on the Westgate Lakes property. I went there the next morning and was given the run around between a North and South Gate lobby- after a lot of back and forth, I left. I was told that my $20 deposit for the meal voucher would be refunded and after a lot of empty promises from several staff members, I finally received a credit from a manager during checkout. I’ve never seen so much finger pointing between staff members and it was very unprofessional. This resort is the most disorganized property that I have ever stayed at. Never again will I stay here."

"Loved that they had a shuttle to take us the universal. Our room was Soo nice and clean when we got there and workers were helpful. There were fun things to do and we loved the hot tub and pool and the workout area with the yoga balls! Very nice stay. Thank you!"

"We recently stayed here for EDC Orlando and had a great time. The property is very clean & quiet. The staff were also super friendly. We showed up two hours before our check in time and they didn’t have our specific room we booked available yet so they upgraded our room! Overall, I have never been disappointed with a Westgate property and will continue to stay here for all of our Orlando trips."
