"Greg the Manager, front desk staff and service team were a pleasure to work with today. I noticed my door lock didnt lock/unlock with the manual key insertion by fluke. Assumed it was from my fender bender I had originally seen Caliber Collision for a while back. I had no idea I had work done with them more than a year ago until Greg handed me the paperwork. Greg and service team found the time to fix the problem went above and beyond today and I appreciate the effort. They were able to squeeze me in for a next day appointment, explain the issue, and fixed my door cylinder in LESS than 15 minutes! Thanks a bunch"

"I can't say enough about Greg the manager. We had our body work done there a couple months ago. They did a nice job as it came out looking great. However in the process of doing the body work, which @ times happens, wires got crossed & our front blinkers were no longer working. Being this shop is a state farm service shop, I called & spoke to Greg. After checking the estimate & noticing that area of the vehicle was indeed worked on, he said bring it right in. Upon bringing it back, the first attempt @ a fix didn't do it. He then called his service tech Josh, they did the proper research, fixed it & now we're good to go. Greg was always accommodating & wanted to make sure I was happy & that it was sought thru to the end. Great job Greg & Josh! Appreciate both your humility & commitment to making sure your customers are happy!"

"I went here since I have StateFarm. Very convenient the insurance adjuster is on site. The lady was very nice and went out to the car to look, she explained the process to me in full and what to expect. The service advisor also came out and took a look and listened to my concerns since I had some slight modifications that I wanted transfered. What I really loved was the communication. I opted for text messages and they gave me updates for everything. From the damage assessment, parts ordered and even when it's going to paint. They even let me know the deadline they had set. Communication is 5 stars so far. I'm posting before pictures of my car and after pictures when I recieve it. THIS REVIEW WILL CHANGE when I recieve my car and looked at the final product. UPDATE: it was swift and easy for pickup. I liked it. My car did stink inside though of paint and other stuff. But I took it to get ozoned and it went away. The only reason 4 stars is because I still need my bumper cover. The good thing is that Caliber is still in contact with me so hopefully they can find out why the 3rd party person has not called me."
