"My Wife and I have used Dr. G's on several occasions when it wasn't possible to see our family physician. It has always been a first class experience. Waiting time is very reasonable. The Staff have been very helpful and friendly. From the front desk to the exit door I am impressed with the treatment we received."

Went in with a positive covid test. Left with all the necessary scripts. Now I am back on my couch taking my meds. My Dr.'s office never even called me back."

"I have been to Dr G Lake Worth a few times for myself or family members. We happened to be seen by Dr Laura McClure. Every time , we could not have been happier with her care. She is extremely caring , attentive , patient, extremely knowledgeable, does all she can right away to get the patient initial release , comes back a few times to check on patient , explain all procedures and medication in details , and pretty much has a way to calm patient and family members. On the following day., we had one question , and Dr Laura took time from her busy schedule to talk to us on the phone. Anyway, the staff and the other doctors are also nice , yet, Dr Laura goes way beyond call of duty. Thank you !"

"I went today to the location in Lake Worth to have my son seen for a bad cold. This year my family satisfied the out of pocket and any deductibles fully. The receptionist still wanted a copay from us. I paid it under protest and called my insurance immediately to verify if the charge maybe correct. The insurance assured me that no copay is owed. The insurance also talked to the receptionist about me not owing them money. The receptionist mentioned that she could not give me a refund and that I would have to call billing. I called billing and was told that they do have a no refund policy. It is interesting that the receptionist did not call the insurance to verify the necessity of the charge in the first place. Even I told her that I thought that this charge is incorrect. Secondly it is interesting that this Care Facility is not refunding charges that should not have been. Perhaps this may be a case of insurance fraud. I am wondering if other patients had similar experiences."

"The girl at the front had the nastiest attitude, Berline. I came in a month prior and she had the exact same attitude. She looks at you like you are bothering her. A patient in the waiting room and I were discussing her attitude and she proceeded to try and justify herself that she’s the only person there and continued to be rude. She got so mad she even walked away and had another person complete my check in. Eventually the front desk girl came back and still made rude and snappy comments. I asked if there was a manager they said they don’t have one. The service is great other than the front desk but she truly ruins it all."
