"They called me to schedule an appointment for a mammogram when I get to the appointment after waiting more than 30 minutes they said I didn’t needed a mammogram that I need an ultrasound. I asked if I was able to get the ultrasound they stated they were fully booked. They had to reschedule my appointment and I have to come next year. Disorganized, disrespectful company that loves to play with your time."
"I've called 5 times in the past week trying to set up an appointment and have spent no less than a hour and a half on hold collectively. I STILL haven't talked to anyone and I STILL haven't been able to book an appointment! I've later read the reviews and learned that this is not an odd case... THIS simply is how poorly Akumin has decided their business. It really is that bad."
