"After looking elsewhere, I brought my granddaughter here to find some shoes. Finally we found shoes in her size that were wide enough for her wide feet. There's no one to help on the floor, but the cashier was very friendly. Prices were higher than I had wanted to spend, but it was the only place that had what we needed."
"Asked if I could get a discount on these obviously returned shoes and was told “no, we can order you the same pair, we return these as damaged and get the money” well that’s not damaged, it’s been RETURNED which I would have gladly taken with say 10% off. "I've been a loyal customer at the store for at least 5 years. I called the store today and asked about exchanging a pair of Asics that I bought online and I didn't realize there were other colors available. The person I talked to was nasty and cared more about rushing me off the phone then actually helping me. She pretty much wouldn't help me if I didn't have the style number. She told me if didn't have the style number she couldn't help me. She then told me if it's not on the website they don't have it. So I guess they can't order it? Maybe this is true but she didn't have to be so nasty about it. I was pretty much completely dismissed. I also realize the people who work in the stores are taking care of physical customers as well as answering the phone. It's still no excuse for being hateful and unhelpful. If you don't like your job and have no customer service skills maybe you should find another job where there's no human contact and fits you better."
