"All the positive reviews have that same last name or are from Florida and go into the store,kinda fishy. ZERO!! =positive reviews from anyone who ordered online recently. Every story is the same on every online thread. It takes months to get anything at all" if your lucky" rude to no customer service help. wire transfers and checks seem to be cashed and kept to float business but no bullion is sent until a agency has to step in to get ppls money back. The BBB gives a warning and many said they had to contact the Florida AG. Credit card gives protection but i have never read any other bullion dealers web site info on credit cards saying they need your mail/ utilities statements drivers license and other info for a online CC purchase,that sounds real fishy. Does ANYONE have any positive ordering experience in the last 6 months to now that could share...?? Possibly help anyone new about ordering or that recently ordered."

"So it's been over a month now. I've ordered about 10 to 12 coins. Nothing big. Just a $600 purchase to try them out. I do invest heavily in gold and silver. However I've always used a different app I had a friend tell me about Gainesville so I figure I'd try them out with a very small purchase and I'm glad I did. It's been well over 30 days and I've got no product. I tried calling numerous times. I'm on hold the whole time. Nobody ever answered and left emails. I did get a couple responses but no clear date as to when my product was shipped. So far I've had horrible customer service and I don't think I'll be using these guys ever again, I'm just glad I didn't make a big purchase. I will update my review if and when I get my products or speak to somebody on the phone....I buy with apmex large amounts and always been good I only tried theses guys cause of friends recommendations"

"DO NOT do business with these people…I placed an order beginning of October they cashed my check for two monster boxes, and continually told me the order was not placed but could not give me a reason why A friend suggested I file a complaint with the BBB, which I did and about to get the sheriff and fraud unit involved…..when surprisingly a check showed up for $25k… if it clears I am done with them, but there are better companies to work with The 5 star reviews on here are from their employees and are completely bogus"

"I am very disappointed with my most recent order. For one it took 7 weeks to get shipping tracking information after emailing you about it. I did received my order quickly once it shipped and everything would have been fine. I would have not cared about the wait, but then once I checked my order I saw the - 20 1 oz Silver Round - Various Designs - that I ordered were all the same... I am very disappointed, you should do better and give people what they ordered. I sent this email over a week ago and have not heard anything from them."
