"I have been coming here for over 10 years to buy and receive firearms, and I have never been treated so poorly than by the young red head freckled worker. He acts like he knows more than you and acts as if he hates that he is there working. He actually gave me false information about a firearm, thinking that I didn't know better, just so he didn't seem incompetent after I questioned him about a comment he made that didn't make sense. He also made me feel bad about what I purchased online, without me welcoming any info from him about it. I would rather try my chances getting to know other FFL dealers than return here."

"This place is right across my neighborhood I couldn't believe the bad customer services I receive from the one guy I never seen before .like I bothered him because this time I had a smaller item and his commission wasn't going to be enough for him. I'm usually bringing my neckless in there where I will get up $4,000 dollars for my gold. I have taken it out 2 times. This mamabolla made me adjust the item I was trying to sell or pawn which cause me to go back to my house to get the proper tools that I needed. Prior to leave I ask for price for the item he responded not much I have to look it up. I waited for him for about 7 minutes never came out to give me the price. So I went to my house and return in 15 minutes.i was greeted by another gentleman. He was sent by the previous guy because right away he said. We are not taking the items at this time. I said to him that the other gentleman could have told me that from the beginning and I wouldn't waste my time. So as I was leaving the pawn shop I look inside the store I see a couple of the workers looking at me and laughing like that was really funny. I'm 53:and I never been disrespected by a business like this place. If I could give it a no star I would. if you want to share my location or my number you can I'm at twin lakes bring it."
