"I have enjoyed working with Lisa Hiller since late January. When I first met her, I was struggling with a particularly bad bout of the muscular skeletal pain that I have had for years. Lisa did an evaluation that resulted in a customized selection from among the Egoscue exercises. From the start I experienced a gradual decrease in pain and so I decided to really stick with it. I have only missed two days of doing the exercises since then! I have met with Lisa every two or three weeks since then, and she selects a menu of exercises that address my symptoms and goals. And while I am not totally pain-free, I can honestly say that the improvement is noteworthy. The key here is a good collaborative relationship, and dedication to doing the work on a daily basis (at least for me). I recommend her very highly. And for folks that live in other geographical locations, I think locating an Egoscue provider is definitely worthwhile."
"Egoscue postural therapy with Lisa is truly life changing. I have had Meniscus surgery on my knee and was told thatI would need knee replacement surgery. I had to quit running and I was in constant pain. The egoscue method reduced my pain to almost nothing, I take no pain medication and I have not had to have surgery. I cycle and I can even run at least once a week now. Thank you, Lisa."
