"I've been to this location 3 times in the last year as a patient and also with my wife. Each experience was as good as can be expected. The reception team will help you get signed in on the touchscreen--do your paperwork ahead of time to not be hassled to do it there. There are two waiting entrances/areas: Women's and Diagnostics. I went for a basic screening and they indeed did take me through the door that leads to the exam rooms on that side--despite the receptionist telling me I could sit on either side-people hard of hearing may not hear their names. Craig was my latest tech and he was awesome. You could tell he was very experienced and professional. He explained what he was doing and why--very smooth & a positive demeanor. I arrived 20 minutes early and this did not seem to help me jump other people who arrived later but who may have had appointments slightly before mine--they went in before me and they had similar type MRI tests. Another family member recently had tests done there, including a reading by a radiologist on site: Dr. Jose Rodriguez, who was just outstanding. His manner was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. He answered all our questions and the detail & time he took to go though to help us understand his interpretation was just excellent. He gave use at least 15 minutes of interpretation and Q&A. He also offered to allow us to call him with any follow-up questions and his deliberate, positive attitude brings his colleagues into the same orbit of excellent service. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

Directions for all aspects of the procedure are clearly explained. My technician, Maria, was friendly and asked me what kind of music I preferred on the headphones. The whole experience was positive.
