"Amazing dentist... every other dentist before him wanted to either rip my kids teeth out or put metal in, mind you they're only 4 and 5.. but Mr crane actually wanted to save the teeth which I highly appreciate!! Thanks again doc!!"
"If I could give negative stars, I would. Steven Crane scammed me. I paid for Invisalign and come to find out, he put Essex in my mouth instead (basically a clear retainer that costs SIGNIFICANTLY less). I only found out because a friend of mine works in a dental office and she pointed it out. I went to an orthodontist and got a second opinion and sure enough, it was not Invisalign. I then had to pay the orthodontist to remove all of the unnecessary buttons he glued onto my teeth. Overall, I am $5,000 in the hole and he refuses to give a refund after knowing I caught him read handed. He did this to pocket a higher profit and it is disgusting. I have called, text messaged, gone into the office in person, and emailed and no response. In addition, I was in the office for over 2 hours and left with cuts on both corners of my mouth (one of which left a visible scar) and a swollen upper lip from the way he and his dental assistant were holding my mouth open. I have submitted a claim to the Florida Board of Dentistry and will be filing in small claims court. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR ANY REASON!"
