"This establishment stole money from me and refuses to return it!!!!! I was a loyal client until the front office staff (daughter of the dentists) erroneously informed me on the day of a major service that my insurance was cancelled. I told her that was a mistake to call my insurance to confirm, but it I think it was a Saturday and I decided to pay out of pocket then resolve the matter later. Upon contacting my insurance provider; it was confirmed that I WAS covered and should not have been charged out of pocket! This establishment recognized their error and started process to refund me, but nearly 6 months later that error has still not been corrected and due to their lack of moral and ethical compass; I was forced to begin a complaint with The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. How dare you steal my money and think it’s just going to be ignored?! You are no different than a criminal thug who is behind bars. PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME! Update! Someone has lied to you about informing me that my refund was there to pick up! I have been calling there Nonstop to inquire about my refund and I have been given the run around. Not once has anyone mentioned anything about picking up my check. The staff is lying and have consistently ignored my requests for an update about my refund. calls. Your statement is false that I know I can pick up my check. This is the first I'm hearing this. I don't have time for the foolishness. Shame on the staff They know they are lying!! If someone had simply responded to my numerous requests over a several months period; I would not have to write the review. Why now am I just receiving a response?! Weird!"
