We started working out my arm with very basic flexibility training, then when I had full mobility with my arm he found new ways to bend and stretch me. Now with confidence that I won’t hurt my self, Dr. Rosenfeld started me with strength training. Four weeks in things are going great and I’m really happy with the progress."
