She is kind, professional and caring. Ms. Pena was extremely helpful with providing me with the correct information I needed, and I am very appreciative."

"Visit was cancelled the day before after two months waiting. When I requested for a new date they pushed me two month later( that is four month and half of waiting) I had to go to the office to fight with the agents for one hour. They did not have the mechanism to squeeze me into the appointments!!. The agent started calling patients until someone cancelled so, I was able to see another doctor ( no mine) . The visit day I also run into issues for the lack of empathy of the lady taking care of the check out. She did not have her name tag and refused to give me her name. I was civil at all times and decided to leave the office ( Skylake in Miami Florida). Cancel appointments due doctor's personal issues should have a different treatment. Push us to continue waiting for several weeks is not only fair but unacceptable. I hope somoene from Corporate start looking into this situation."
