"Do not go to this emergency room unless you wanted to be neglected and treated horrible. When it was time to be discharged I was told that I could leave with the IV still in my arm and was refused my discharge paperwork. This was all happening by the charge nurse at this point. The doctor screamed at me because I refused a med I’m allergic too. Just all around horrible experience. Would never return there."

"I went there last week and it was by far the best Emergency care I have ever received at any hospital! They were fast, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and caring! My nurse Deb was amazing and the other nurses Liz and Jess were wonderful as well! Thank you!"

"This ER is amazing!! I had to go in the ER for the 2nd time in 1 week. Should have went here the first time. I’m having gall bladder issues, and they couldn’t have been more kinder, gentle and caring for myself as their patient. Will never go to another hospital. The sign in ER staff was amazing also!! Walked right in, sat for 1/2 a minute and a very friendly nurse came and got me back and started on my vitals. ER Dr was very good also. I had this nurse. Her name was Savannah ( cannot remember her last name) but she was AMAZING the 6 hrs I was there. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Kelly Nicole and Mary are the best.I was stressing about my procedure and Mary kept me at ease with laughter and reassurances. Nicole and Kelly were also great. They were efficient and also kept me at ease. All three are excellent nurses. I would recommend this Bravera to everyone.from registration to pre testing to preparation and procedure I was impressed. The level of care is exceptional."

"So I’ve seen some awful reviews but I can only review my own personal experience, which have been top notch. My husband was sent to the ER in August and was admitted with pneumonia. Joe, his ER nurse was so kind and engaging and showed real car, concern and empathy. Once he was admitted he was treated kindly, respectfully and received proper medical care. He had another medical episode this week and in the ER, Joe was once again his nurse and once again was kind and caring and took great care. He was moved to ICU and I cannot say enough good about the care he received. His nurse, Michelle, was just exceptional. She is such a great nurse and she went above and beyond to care for my husband. She even called me and updated me on his condition. She went above and beyond with all of the little things she did, from getting him an Ensure because he slept through breakfast to getting him water or an extra blanket. I felt like he had a concierge, she was attentive to his needs. She was also very personable and friendly and just made us feel like he was going to be okay. The entire staff was really great as well. Helpful, kind and understanding. They made a scary time much easier for us. I am really happy with Bravera Brooksville and I would not hesitate to send any family member or go there myself. Keep up the good work!"
