The staff was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in the door, from the receptionist to the tech to the NP. They were very compassionate, caring and put me on the right path to feeling better. I highly recommend them."

"Was there on Super Bowl evening, trying to get ahead of the crud I caught and what I knew was to follow if I didn’t. The staff didn’t disappoint, they were so pleasant and on spot with the course of treatment. Unfortunately the only name I remember is Elijah, who took my vitals. He’s a gem, as well as the others. This will be my new urgent care site; hopefully I won’t need it."

"We arrived at Dr. G. The waiting was not long. We went to the Delray. It was excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. G was amazing and a big shot out to Kevin who was really fantastic. I will definitely go back whenever I’m sick I will take my family. They are highly recommend them of you not good and you need a doctor quickly or highly recommend that you go to see Dr. G also they have a fantastic pharmacist on the property property, and this is really such a great help."

"BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! When I was looking for an urgent care facility for a medical clearance, I stumbled on Dr G’s Urgent Care delray beach and I called them to ask if they can do what I needed and they gave price over the phone. I really liked that. I looked into the reviews and there were bad feedback but I thought it’ll never happen to me, it’s a different case than mine. I was naive to believe that. First visit was good. They were attentive. The woman at the reception area told me I had to pay for this and that or I won’t get cleared, cool. I sent them the list of tests I needed that they can refer to and it seemed like they were gonna be on point with it because they kept coming back to me to ask for my surgeon’s office number. I had a good feeling then. The person who took my ekg and blood, he was excellent. He found my vein in one try (this will be relevant in a bit) — xray, great. Doctor Mauricio was easy breezy. I kept asking when the results were gonna come out, 2-3 days. Awesome. 3 days later got the results on the patient portal. They asked me to do another set of blood work bec my WBC count was high, ok paid for it. Went in. Now this is where everything started to go downhill. The attendant who was supposed to take my blood brought in an intern who couldn’t find my vein? I overheard them whispering “I couldn’t find it.” He was gonna poke me another time without informing me and asking for my permission if it’s okay. He only did when I looked and ask what’s up? I informed him about the part of my arm where the previous attendant found my vein. He then responded “are you challenging me?” That’s when I realized they gave me someone insane. They poked me a few more times and I have a lot of bruises from that. If they come in w an intern during your blood work, say NO to using you as a guinea pig. I read another patient experienced it a few days after my incident so I realized it’s not an isolated event! Heard nothing from them so I thought all was good. Patient portal said I was cleared. A day prior to my surgery, my surgeon’s office called me saying I was missing a test. And they never sent my results. They only received updates from me. So them continually asking me for info about my surgeon that day was all for show? Is this a real clinic or theater camp? I called them and they weren’t forthcoming. They kept changing the subject, they keep saying i need to come back for another set of blood work bec they were referring to my 1st discarded blood work. I kept calling bec they said someone was gonna call back but I don’t trust them at this point. They connected me to the office manager who is not in charge of clearance or clinical activities, he told me that their attendant called my surgeon’s office (ONLY AFTER I barraged them w phone calls) & they have not responded. At this point I realized, oh they never called to send my results. Good thing I did right after I got it. So I asked, “do you have the result for the test that I was missing even if I paid for it? He replied “I don’t know.” THEN WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO ME IF YOU DONT HAVE IT & YOU DON’T KNOW?? THEY WERE CALLING FOR THE CBC DIFF not the BLOOD QUANT/QUAL that I needed. He kept going around in circles and he complained to me for going around circles. YOU’RE ALL OVER THE PLACE. He was mad I wouldn’t accept his faulty logic. He even went quiet for 2-3 minutes bec he realized oops my bad but REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE & ACKNOWLEDGE THE CLINIC’S NEGLIGENCE. IF you have the result, give it to me. If you don’t, why are we talking? After a half day on the phone w them, they admitted they didn’t do the test and tried to gaslight me that it was my mistake. How are you gonna miss a test that I verbally & directly requested face to face + documentation and paid for after you told me repeatedly you won’t clear me if I don’t do it and pay for it? You think I was born yesterday? Urgent care my foot!! More like urgent mess up your care center. Not worth it. Never coming back. Stay far far away"
