"Very unprofessional never call back never answer one of my family member see them and we had a funeral she was already telling us she ran out of medicine and had been trying to call them for 5 days straight with no answer, she had a panic attack so bad that she almost had to be hospitalized, thankfully her mom had meds that helped her, and it’s sad her mom had to give her meds to help with a problem that they should have helped her with. I told her years ago to find another company to be seen by, she had a stroke and have a set of special needs twins so she really need professional help and this place is not the place to be if u have any mental issues. They definitely need to close this business down"

"I have been dealing with them for a little over a year. I was assigned a therapist Cassandra she was amazing and we really connected , but then she resigned. I was then given a new one who never showed up for our video sessions and then decided to one day try to do one over the phone with her husband and kids in the car with her. Then i was assigned 2 others who just did not match my needs, finally I was assigned another amazing therapist who i really appreciate that was patient with me and helped me out a lot , unfortunately she also left. My TCM was not helpful at all and also left the company. The experience with this company hasn't been great and I would not recommend them to anyone. Just unorganized and not very consistent."

"Unfortunately I have been trying to work with them to provide counseling for my daughter. This has been one of the WORST experiences EVER. My daughter's counselor has consistently missed appointments and I have sent NUMEROUS emails requesting a new counselor and have yet to receive a call back to do so. Well Tamoi Johnson had the audacity to send me a letter saying that they are discharging my daughter for missing appointments. This place is filled with some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. Find somewhere else if you are looking to actually get help."

"They did intake and took all of my daughters information and never called us back to schedule an appointment. I’ve called several times, left messages, asked to speak with a supervisor and still nothing. If this is how they operate, they should not be in business."
