"Unfortunate Experience at Seven Eleven I recently had an incident at the Seven Eleven located in Windermere Location that I feel compelled to share. While pumping gas, there was an issue with the payment process as $20 was mistakenly applied to the wrong pump due to a lack of attention. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member on duty, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The employee mentioned that she could handle the situation and fix the mistake but chose not to, asserting her authority without providing a resolution. Despite my request, she declined to share her name or connect me with a supervisor, she just let me know that she is from Puertp Rico and that she could do whatever she want in the gas station. It's disheartening to encounter such a response, especially when seeking a simple solution to a mistake. Clear communication and accountability are crucial in customer service, and unfortunately, my experience did not align with these expectations. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service at this Seven Eleven location."

"Probably the worst place to get gas for miles. There is only one way to get in and out, the gas and parking lot is smaller than that of a Trader Joes, and there are a million cars including large-sized vehicles trying to pack in there. On top of that, half the pumps usually have the "SORRY OUT OF SERVICE" bag on them. I can't imagine how many collisions happen in this parking lot on a daily basis. What genius designed this? With all the stress you go through, you're better off running out of gas on the side of the road than stopping here to fill your tank."

"Standard 7-Eleven. Very crowded most of the time. Usually a long line in the middle of the day to get gas. Not the best entrance and exists. Not really the fault of 7-Eleven but It could have been better designed for traffic. There's also an Amazon hub on the outside of the store. At least you can get your monsters and other energy drinks."
