"Their online price is higher than their in-store price but they don’t tell you until you find out. I even told them the price tag has a different value than what I was charged and they’re like we’re sorry and nothing can be done. But the item we wanted wasn’t available in-store and suddenly when you order it online to be picked up in-store it’s available? So not only are you being charged more money and a pickup fee, ur also paying more money b/c they marked up the price. That’s how they make money! I’ll never be coming back here. Their customer service is a joke. The lady tells me you cannot return this item bc it’s an online purchase even if you return it we cannot guarantee the refund. I asked her if she could transfer me to the store directly so I can speak with someone there and she said unfortunately they don’t have that service and there is no staff available to pick up the line. But you can try and go to the store. Oh and then the rep was like don’t worry I have documented this whole thing and will forward to the operations team however I cannot guarantee they will contact you or follow up with you. But we’re sorry. What a slap in the face. I have no words!"
"I LOVE ALDI advent calendars! I couldn’t get to the store in time when it opened so when I got there they didn’t have the candle one I wanted. So the manager called other stores to see if they had them and asked them to hold it for me!! So nice, and definitely above and beyond. I can’t wait to open these!!"
"Good experience for my first visit. Found tuna, panko breadcrumbs, seasonings and dark chocolate. Staff was helpful. Easy parking. Great Windermere location."
