"I had been out of yoga for some time, and decided to get back into it to alleviate stretching issues due to distance running when I found Sacred Space yoga studio. I found the yoga classes to be positive, professional, and helpful. In addition, they offer reasonable bodyweight oriented personal training. I signed up and found it very challenging and beneficial in my overall fitness. I was able to achieve my best marathon results in part due to the addition of the personal training. I would recommend Sacred Space to anyone interested in trying yoga for the first time, or continuing their practice, as well as anyone looking to improve their overall fitness."
