"I've yet to have a bad experience at any Publix locations. This location did not disappoint. They had what I needed, and the checkout was efficient and accurate. I received excellent customer service and suggestions (on different flavors of Publix Deli Teas and lemonade) from the 2 young ladies who checked me out."
"The Pine Tree Plaza Publix is run professionally. It is usually well stocked, but on occasion items that you’d think should be available are missing. Also, I do order subs from here quite often and it’s is common for the sub to not be ready by pickup time. On more than one occasion the workers are actually making the Sub of a walk up customer well past the pickup time for my sub while my sub is not yet being prepared. So I ask what is the point of ordering ahead…other than that they have good service most of the time."
"This review is more for the prices than the employees. I can't believe how they have gone up their prices. It was ok there for a while, but here lately it's gotten really out of hand. When you can go to a convenient store and get drinks and milk cheaper... There is a serious problem. Winn-Dixie tried that once upon a time and they ended up bankrupt. Walmart will have my business unless it's just a have to."
"Good Publix location. Clean, organized, and it looks well maintained. Just went in for a quick buy. I wanted to make some guacamole so just bought a few things. A very quick in and out! The cashier looked a bit on the serious side. Not very welcoming. No eye contact, but she was still quick and careful with my items."
"Managers stereo type black kids following them around the store scaring the 3 school kids and then the manager lied saying it's store policy etc etc yet while there were multiple other race of kids walking around with their bookbags on freely. And something needs to be done about this ... Or I'll be contacting a news station with these video clips as well as the rest of the videos and locations."
