Our small, locally owned boutique pilates studio offers a peaceful and non-judgmental environment where you can find your health and wellness balance. Nestled among the trees of The Office Pavilion, our studio provides small classes, individual attention, and a commitment to safety. At LifeBalance Pilates, we offer Reformer and Pilates chair small group classes as well as Private Sessions using Mixed Apparatus. Classes and Private Sessions are primarily taught by our owner and founder, Tressa Kirilloff, who blends Classical Pilates Principles with various equipment and props in a fun and casual setting. Our classes are always challenging and never the same twice.
