"Wouldn’t recommend this facility! Non compliant with returning phone calls as they say to inform of insurance co pay before scheduled appointment . Received my Explanation of Benefits from Molina today 5/23/22 that says patient responsibility for claim is $67.54 but patient paid $80.00 upfront before X-Ray was done. Which lets me know they went by Molina insurance benefits as written. I fault Molina for inaccurate information to Akumin (Elite Imaging ). I immediately contacted Molina for an explanation and my refund of $12.46 spoke with representative Ella. Ella assist me with this issue was advised to contact Elite Imaging for refund. Personally I hate surprises now everyone wants money upfront before billing the insurance company."
