My experiences here have consistently been marked by unreasonably extended wait times, discourteous and unsympathetic staff, infrequent nurse check-ins, and even the unfortunate encounter of encountering a bedpan containing bodily fluids within my room. I am left questioning the qualifications of the medical practitioners, as their approach to assessment for accurate diagnoses appears insufficient, often culminating in dismissive discharges with recommendations to consult one's primary physician. It is disheartening to witness such a standard of care and I strongly advise seeking alternative options, such as Palms West, where a more dedicated approach to patient well-being is evident."
"This is the best hospital I’ve been to in my life no lie. The staff, the emergency room staff, the attentiveness, the measures they go to provide you with what you need, the doctors and nurses, the food is even good I swear to god and it’s super clean… I would drive whatever distance to go here. I can’t believe it honestly. I’m currently here now 2 days and I’m just shocked how quick they did everything needed to see how to get me better… my primary dr isn’t even this good. Thank you for being the best… I’m not sure about these bad reviews but my experience has been top notch. Hospitals down south don’t do anything won’t even order scans nothing. I’m blown away by this place."
