"I fasted for 12 hours, had to take off work to attend an appointment within their hours, gave all the blood they needed, just to recieve a call letting me know that my samples hemolyzed! This happens due to: - using close to expired tubes - using the wrong size needle - not properly flipping the sample after taking it... all of which are the responsibility of Quest to ensure go properly. I cannot afford to take another day off of work because they didn't do their job properly the first time. Out of respect for my time and efforts to attend the first appointment - i expect some kind of offer in return since this mishap is not my fault but is now causing me inconvenience, me missing work again, and me having to reschedule my upcoming nutrionist's appointment to review my results that weren't provided."

"Worse place ever? No receptionist so you just talk with a tablet in the lobby. Many people in the waiting room so not enough place to seat. Plus is more expensive than Labcorp. You should not come to this place ever. Ask your doctor for an alternative."

"I Made an appointment on line. Got there about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. There is no actual receptionist so one must log in using a tablet station. I was prepared for a wait so I planned to answer email etc. But They took me in 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The medical person that helped me, was exceptionally professional and nice with the service she provided. I was done and out the door 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I was very pleased with the overall experience."

"This is the third location I've been to in the Brandon/Riverview area. My favorite location is in Riverview off 301, but the Bloomingdale location was SO fast and seamless. I don't think I've ever been in and out in literally lightning speed. Due to COVID, someone was waiting outside with the iPad check-in and also did a temperature check. Our wait in the lobby was 7 minutes. BUT once in the back, it was less than five minutes AND that's including them not being able to initially find my husband’s lab test. Very impressed. (And I appreciated my phlebotomist being gentle and bruising my arm.)"
